Solar is one true legend in Lucha Libre. He has wrestled all over Mexico gaining respect throughout a career of over 30 years.
Featured on the cover of Lourdes Grobet’s picture book Lucha Libre, Solar is one of few luchadores who over such a long career is still undefeated and has never lost his mask, despite many encounters and wagers with very skilful wrestlers.
Some of his most important achievements include taking the mask of Dr O’Borman in 1979 in Mexico’s Palacio de Deportes, and of Hombre Verde in the Arena Coliseo of Monterrey. |
